Shipping policy
Shipping & handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.
Luvly Melis Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
